Educational Technology is the use of both physical hardware and education all theoretical.
It encompasses several domains including learning theory, computer-based training (please refer to a link about Computer Courses), online learning (please refer to Notes – Video Lecturer), Computer-Based Training (please refer to collaborative and digital notes), and Mobile Technologies are used (please refer to app in the mobile devices, such as Google Classroom, Office 365, etc).

Education used to be simple: there was a blackboard, a teacher and a desks in a classroom.

Educational technology is “the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources.
